Brotherhood Mutual: Go to  to register for making on-line payments or set up Direct Pay. You MUST make your payment before the cancellation date.

Employers Mutual Company: Go to  for one-time bank withdrawal or Credit Card. For assistance in making online payments 800-988-1423. For Credit Card payments over the phone, call 1-855-404-9076



Foremost: Customer Service 1-877-853-2582, Select option 1 for billing and say “Make a payment”. to make a one-time payment or set up auto payments.



Hartford: Call Hartford at 1-866-467-8730, Option 2 (# shown on their invoice) to make payment by one-time bank withdrawal or Visa/MC.  You can also set this up to have auto EFT with Company.

Liberty Mutual Insurance: Pay online or Contact the Billing Department to pay: 1-866-290-2920


Lititz Mutual: Pay online or Call the Accounting Dept at Lititz to pay by credit card at 1-800-626-4751 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. central time Monday - Friday.



Missouri Employers Mutual: Call MEM at 1-800-442-0593, Option 4, to pay with Check or Credit Card.  Auto EFT Enrollment Form.



Nationwide (Allied): Call 1-800-282-1446, select option 2 or go to  to pay by 1-time bank account withdrawal, debit or Credit Card. Commercial Accounts call 1-866-322-3214.  You can set up auto payment, pay online or use the Mobile App.


Progressive: Call Progressive at 1-800-876-5581 and follow the voice prompts- “NO” to first question if it is for a claim; or go to Progressive and set up your account to make a payment by bank withdrawal or credit/debit card.



Safeco: Call Safeco at 1-888-723.3260 or go to, set up account log in to pay by bank withdrawal or by Credit Card.

{Exception- policy is canceled- to reinstate during business hours CLH will have to handle the payment- after hours they will assist customer- payment cannot just be mailed in.}


Travelers: Call Travelers at 1-877-878-2468 Select option 2 for policy holder, then option 1 to make a payment; or go to, register to make auto payments or by 1-time bank withdrawal or Credit Card.
