
The US Center for Disease Control (CDC) states that 28 people die every day from alcohol related automobile accidents. The annual cost of alcohol related crashes annually comes in around $44 billion. Additionally, "in 2014, 9,967 people were killed in alochol-impaired driving crashes, account for nearly one-third (31%) of all traffic-related deaths in the United States." The sad truth about these statistics is that impaired driving and traffic accidents are absolutely preventable.
