For the Love of Insurance (Part I)

Why Insurance Matters for Your Wedding

Jewelry Insurance

After months and months of waiting and anticipation, it's finally here!  The day you've been carefully planning for with the one you love.  You pull your beautiful dress or sharp suit from its bag, and begin dressing with excitement.  With the exception of a temporarily missing bridesmaid bouquet or the ring bearer's desperate need for a nap, everything is pretty much perfect.  Exactly the way you've imagined.  The garden at the outdoor venue that you and your fiancé have chosen is in full bloom.
Absolutely nothing can ruin this day.  Until...

Like a scene from a rather unfortunate Rom-Com, it begins to pour rain.  This is about the time that panic ensues.  Don't find yourself unprepared for the unexpected.  It's not as entertaining when it's not on the big screen.

Be prepared and take every preventive measure before a potential loss occurs.

Don't assume that holding your ceremony and/or reception at an indoor location will solve every issue.  Even with this specific scenario: if your wedding is planned inside, rain could still lead to minor flooding.  Which might not be a huge problem to you, or the area you're in... but what about your baker that's caught in the middle of the storm?  Or your photographer that's driving 45 minutes to your location?  You're ok with having Mom take pictures on your digital camera, right?  Oh, and you still paid the photographer.  Wedding insurance offers solutions to not only a problem like this, but many others.

You could never be too prepared to protect a day that you've strategically budgeted and planned every smally detail with care for.  From wedding cancellations and postponements to a stained wedding gown, from flakey vendors or venues to damaged property, there are ways to protect your hard work in preparations, and your wallet.

Are you or someone you know currently planning a wedding?  The Account Executives at CLH are more than happy to sit down and discuss your special day with you, and how you can specifically protect against possible mishaps and unaffordable losses.  Come into our office today, because CLH wants to ensure that your wedding is one without worries.
