New Car Replacement Insurance Coverage
I am just learning about this coverage and glad that our account managers offer New Vehicle Replacement Coverage to customers if it is an optional coverage.  In Missouri, I am told, this is optional.  So, I wonder how many people are under the assumption  that a new car is covered completely from the moment you drive off the lot so that if it was totaled, it would be replaced with another new car?  If you have this additional coverage, which I am told is VERY reasonable in price, this would be so.  Several of our companies that we represent offer this coverage as well as Original Equipment Manufacturer Coverage so that my Toyota would have a Toyota parts for a replacement and not a refurbished or generic part. It is worth asking your insurance agent about when you get that "Fresh New Car smelling" Vehicle and need to give them the vehicle Identification number for coverage.  Ask for a quote and see if it is worth the peace of mind your first year driving!  If your agent doesn't have that coverage to offer- give us a call!
